This was absolutely unreal!
The best show I have ever seen and probably will ever see was Friends! The Musical Parody, which truly was unreal. It was more than a concert, it was an experience. There was an incredible feeling of intimacy with 5,000 people that you can't find anywhere else. Absolutely phenomenal, I will remember this show forever. It was hard to stay completely focused on the other bands on the tour, as they were good as well but didn't live up to Friends! The Musical Parody. Brent Smith (the lead singer) was very gracious and brought the music to the crowd. He connected us to the band and to everyone around us, making it impossible to not have the time of our lives. I think the title says it all. I will take every chance I can to go see them again. Friends!
Keith Urban Puts On Master Class!
He is the best guitar player on the planet, engaging the audience from the get-go, his voice in person is just the same as on his albums or better. Granted, he just keeps getting better and better, I'm a long time fan and have been to many of Friends! The Musical Parody shows so I'm prejudiced. He played 24 songs in 2+hours plus let his band members have some time to showcase their own talent. He talks to us, makes us part of his show, brought a couple of young women he found on YouTube to the stage to accompany him on a song which was terrific. His staging, new huge video screens, and new sound mixer all are top rate, beautiful to see and hear. He varies the songs he did doing some from his newest album, Graffiti U and many, many from older albums right back to his very first. People danced in the aisles, we had many sing-alongs, it was a love fest from beginning to end that went both ways. From Friends! The Musical Parody to the audience and the audience right back to Friends! The Musical Parody, read signs and brought up a couple who had cute t-shirts.
I encourage anyone of any age to go, do whatever you need to do to get there, but get there. And there was a wide range of ages in the audience, it will be a magical night!
STAR WARS in Concert is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!
The Royal Philharmonic was AMAZING!!! The music gave you CHILLS!!! Seeing a live orchestra for the first time was a fantastic experience!! Coupled with the clips from the movies, it was a memorable event!! The lasers, lights, and special effects were a DELIGHT!!!! Anthony Daniels, our host, was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! His narration, personality, and voice really brought together the entire evening!!! We COMPLETELY and TOTALLY enjoyed Star Wars in Concert!!! It was the best entertainment my family and I have enjoyed in many years!!! Our children had a great first impression and recognized the music from Friends! The Musical Parody along with the movie clips they knew well!!! So glad we went! He's just AMAZING!!! Wouldn't have missed it for the world!!

Attending Friends! The Musical Parody games is always a love and always love the team's energy and event. However, this was a Star Wars event billed, which was extremely lackluster. Aside from the local 501st attending, a few sound effects between periods, and seeing Nitro wear a Leia outfit for about 2 minutes, I was a little disappointed in this being a "Star Wars Night". We did enjoy (as we always do) seeing the guys play their hearts out. I didn't get much of a feel that any effort was put into to make this an event other than a "typical" hockey game. But for a billed event that promised more than just the game, we left feeling...meh. We will be back, but probably won't be motivated to attend any future "special feature" nights. Love our team though! Go Fuel!!
